Cambodia: Security Forces Beat Housing Rights Protesters

Email Cambodian security personnel used excessive force against housing rights protesters occupying an unfinished building in Phnom Penh on February 14, 2014, Human Rights Watch said today. Security forces beat and otherwise assaulted protesting residents in the neighborhood of Borei Keila, injuring at least five, including a pregnant woman and two teenagers.
