Biggest US Cable TV Provider Buying Second Biggest

U.S. cable television giant Comcast Corporation has agreed to purchase Time Warner Cable for about $45 billion.The deal, which is expected to be formally announced on Thursday, merges the nation's two largest cable television providers.
