Bangladesh Factory Owners Surrender Over Deadly Fire

Two owners of a Bangladesh garment factory where more than 110 people died in a fire more than a year ago have surrendered to authorities and are seeking bail after being charged with homicide. The pair turned themselves in Sunday in Dhaka. They are among 13 people facing charges from the November 2012 blaze. The Tazreen Fashion factory produced clothing for major American and European brands, including Walmart and Disney. Officials say the factory did not have a valid fire safety license...
