Deadly Baghdad Violence Continues

Iraqi police said a series of car bombings in the capital has killed at least 10 people. Officials said the blasts happened Monday in several Baghdad neighborhoods. Meanwhile, the French news agency reported police in western Baghdad found the bodies of three men and one woman, "bearing signs of torture."
