Thai Court Rules Snap Election Can Be Delayed

Thailand's Constitutional Court has ruled that the a snap election scheduled for February 2 can be legally delayed despite a constiutional stipulation that an election be held within 60 days of the dissolution or parliament. The court met in secret Friday before announcing the ruling in the afternoon.
