Explosion Kills 4 in Southern Beirut

An explosion has hit a Shi'ite-dominated area of Lebanon's capital, killing at least four people and wounding 20 others. The blast Tuesday happened in southern Beirut, a stronghold of the militant group Hezbollah. The explosion site is in the same area where a car bomb killed five people earlier this month. Hezbollah fighters have openly battled in neighboring Syria since last year, helping President Bashar al-Assad's forces against rebels trying to oust him from power....
