Iraq Begins Offensive Against Al-Qaida

Iraqi officials say government forces and allied tribal militias have started an offensive to take back parts of a city west of Baghdad from al-Qaida-linked militants. Officials say the forces moved Sunday into key neighborhoods of Ramadi, the capital of western Anbar province, located 100 kilometers west of the national capital.
