Cambodia: Drug Centers Detain, Abuse ‘Undesirables’

Email (Bangkok) – Cambodian authorities unlawfully detain hundreds of drug users and others deemed “undesirable” in centers where they face torture, sexual violence, and forced labor, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today.
