British Marine Sentenced to Life for Murder in Afghanistan

A British military court has given a life prison sentence to a marine convicted of killing a man in Afghanistan in 2011.Sergeant Alexander Blackman was found guilty at a court martial last month of murdering an Afghan man while deployed in southern Helmand province.The incident was inadvertently filmed on another soldier's helmet camera.
