Two Candidates Declare Victory in Honduras Presidential Election

With more than 50 percent of the vote counted in Honduras, two of the eight presidential candidates are declaring victory in Sunday's election. Election officials say the candidate of the ruling National Party, Juan Orlando Hernandez, has just more than a third of the votes counted.
