Two Candidates Declare Victory in Honduras Presidential Election

Two of the eight presidential candidates in Honduras have declared victory in Sunday's vote. Xiomara Castro de Zelaya and Juan Orlando Hernandez have both claimed victory, but the final results have yet to be tallied. Castro is the wife of former president Manuel Zelaya, who was ousted in a coup in 2009. Hernandez is the candidate of the governing National Party. Election officials say preliminary results give Hernandez a slight edge. Final results are expected to come in...
