Yaamin Wins Maldives Run-Off Poll

A surprise in the Maldives Saturday as voters elected the brother of the nation's former strongman ruler as president. Yaamin Abdul Gayoom defeated the favored Mohamed Nasheed, getting more than 51 percent of the vote with only four of 475 ballot boxes still uncounted.
