New Jersey Court: Same-Sex Marriage Can Begin Monday

The highest court in New Jersey has ruled that same-sex couples can marry in the state starting Monday. The high court upheld a lower court ruling allowing gay marriage, denying a delay sought by Governor Chris Christie while the state's appeal of that ruling proceeds.
