Libyan Terrorism Suspect Due in New York Court

The Libyan terrorism suspect known as Abu Anas al-Libi is due to be arraigned Tuesday at a court in New York on charges linking him to the bombings of two U.S. embassies in East Africa in 1998. U.S. officials brought the suspected al-Qaida member to New York Monday. He was snatched by American special forces in Tripoli on October 5 and had been held on an American warship since then.
