'Severe' Cyclone Headed Towards Eastern India

India is bracing for a massive storm expected to hit its eastern seaboard. Indian forecasters say a "very severe" Cyclone Phailin could cause widespread damage and flooding for the impoverished states of Orissa and Andhra Pradesh Saturday evening.
