Le Secrétaire général a condamné vigoureusement samedi l'attentat terroriste à la bombe qui a tué Bachir Bilour, un homme politique de premier plan et ministre au sein du gouvernement local de la province de Khyber-Pakhtunwa. Neuf autres personnes ont trouvé la mort dans cette attaque et 17 autres ont été blessées.
