Chile: health care for remote Mapuche communities

In the middle of the salt-water Lake Budi, seven metres below sea level, remote Nahuelhuapi Island is home to a Mapuche community. The island is located in Cautín province, in the Saavedra district of the Araucanía region, in southern Chile.
