UN human rights office concerned over Colombia's military justice reform bid

Expressing "serious concern" over a constitutional reform measure affecting Colombia's military justice system, the United Nations human rights office today called on the country's President and the President of the Congress to reconsider their support for the bid, which could undermine efforts to bring perpetrators of alleged war crimes to justice.
