ICRC: Assembly appoints three new members to Committee

At its meeting on 13 September, the Assembly of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) appointed Mauro Arrigoni, Thierry Lombard and Melchior de Muralt as new members of the Committee. The Committee now has 18 active members who together exercise oversight over the ICRC.
