Le Haut Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme (HCDH) a exprimé vendredi sa préoccupation devant le cas de l'officier azéri Ramil Safarov qui a été condamné à la prison à perpétuité en Hongrie pour l'assassinat à motivation raciste en 2004 d'un officier arménien alors que les deux hommes participaient à la même formation militaire organisée par l'Organisation du Traité de l'Atlantique Nord (OTAN).
