Read in Arabic (بالعربية) After several adjournments, Nabeel Rajab, human rights activist and president of the Bahrain Center for Human Rights, was sentenced today to three years' imprisonment for participating in illegal demonstrations. His lawyer, Mohamed al-Jishi, announced he would appeal against the decision.
