Le Haut commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés (HCR) s'est félicité vendredi de l'adoption le 29 mars par l'Union européenne (UE) d'un programme commun de réinstallation, jugeant qu'il s'agissait d'une étape importante vers une contribution plus importante de l'UE au programme mondial de réinstallation.
