Les baby-boomers quitteront dans quelques années le monde du travail québécois, mais la relève n’est pas au rendez-vous, explique Alain Samson, l’auteur de «Mon équipe est multicolore mais je suis daltonien», qui vient de paraître aux Éditions Transcontinental. Le Québec connaîtra alors une pénurie de main-d’œuvre « pure laine ». La solution : embaucher des immigrants. D’autant plus que sur les 45 221 arrivés au Québec en 2007, plus de 60 % connaissaient le français et plus de 65 % avaient au moins 15 ans de scolarité.
