En Algérie, le oui l'a emporté au référendum sur la révision constitutionnelle dimanche avec 66,8% des voix, a annoncé le président de l'autorité électorale Mohamed Charfi. Le scrutin a été marqué par une abstention record car seulement 23,7% des algériens ont participé au vote.
