Au Senegal après la surprise d’hier avec la dissolution du gouvernement et l’éviction de la Présidente du Conseil économique social et environnemental, les avis sont partagés. Les uns estiment que le moment n’est pas propice tandis que d’autres se projettent déjà sur l’avenir en espérant un gouvernement plus performant.
