En République Démocratique du Congo, de violents affrontents sont signalés depuis le 8 juillet à Pinga dans le Nord Kivu. Plus de 25 civils ont été tués et plusieurs personnes déplacées. Dans la capitale de la province, Goma, des voix s’élèvent. Vingt-trois organisations de la société civile se sont adressées au président Félix Tshisekedi.
