Au Tchad, les députés ont élevé le week-end dernier le général d’armée Idriss Déby Itno à la dignité de "maréchal" du Tchad. Une distinction qui intervient en marge du vote de la résolution portant édification d’une stèle à la mémoire des soldats martyrs du 23 mars 2020 à Bohoma.
