Au Bénin, Euphrasie Dassoundo a fondé en 2013 une unité de transformation de produits maraîchers dénommée Agro Xpress. Cette lauréate du prix Tony Elumelu en 2017, veut impacter positivement son environnement en permettant aux producteurs de diminuer les pertes post-récoltes et aussi lutter contre le chômage.
