Full interview with Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland

Around the globe, there are 54 nations, most of which are all former territories of the British Empire. Patricia Scotland is the organization's Secretary-General. She spoke with International Edition's Steve Miller via Skype about the challenges member nations are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic and what's been done to address their needs.
