Le président tchadien Idriss Deby Itno a annoncé la prise en charge par l’Etat des factures de la consommation d’eau pour six mois et de l’électricité pour trois mois à compter d’avril 2020 ainsi que la création d’un fonds national de solidarité et de soutien aux populations vulnérables.
