Au Togo l'opposant Agbéyomé Kodjo, arrivé en seconde position à la présidentielle, a annoncé mercredi avoir déposé un recours devant la Cour constitutionnelle. Il dénonce de "faux résultats" et une "mascarade électorale". Le président sortant Faure Gnassingbé a été proclamé vainqueur du scrutin.
