Au Congo-Brazzaville, l'Union panafricaine pour la démocratie sociale a estimé jeudi que les conditions ne seraient pas réunies pour l’organisation d’une présidentielle en 2021. Le principal parti d’opposition congolais propose une transition et un scrutin en 2023 sans la participation du président Denis Sassou Nguesso.
