En République démocratique du Congo, six civils ont été tués par les rebelles d'origine ougandaise ADF à Oicha dans le Nord-Kivu. Il s’agit d’un père et de ses cinq enfants. La tuerie survient en dépit des opérations d'envergure que mène l'armée congolaise dans cette partie du pays depuis quinze jours.
