En Algérie, les tribunaux étaient à l'arrêt lundi, au deuxième jour d'une grève "illimitée" à l’appel du Syndicat national des magistrats. Ces derniers réclament "l'indépendance de la Justice" et l'annulation d'un changement d'affectation qui vise la moitié des juges.
