Au moins 15 civils ont été tués entre samedi et dimanche à Pobé-Mengao, dans la province du Soum, dans le nord du Burkina Faso, par des groupes armés, occasionnant une fuite des habitants vers Djibo, le chef-lieu de province situé à 25 km, a appris l'AFP de sources sécuritaire et civiles.
