Au Cameroun, le grand dialogue national a pris fin vendredi. Après cinq jours de débats, il préconise notamment la décentralisation et prévoit un statut spécial aux deux régions anglophones. Le fédéralisme demandé par plusieurs personnalités anglophones n’est plus à l’ordre du jour et le président Paul Biya a ordonné la libération de détenus.
