Maham Javaid

Maham Javaid is the 2019-2020 Alan R. and Barbara D. Finberg Fellow investigating migrant workers’ rights in Qatar under the Middle East and North Africa Division.   Maham has worked as a digital and print journalist in Pakistan for the last decade, covering political and social justice beats including press freedom, women’s rights, health, and the persecution of religious, ethnic, & sexual minorities.
