Le gouvernement camerounais a envoyé des invitations à 16 leaders sécessionnistes, exilés à l'étranger, pour participer au Grand dialogue qui doit s'ouvrir lundi à Yaoundé sur le conflit dans l'ouest anglophone, même si la plupart ont déjà refusé d'y participer.
