A l’ouverture du Sommet Action Climat lundi au siège des Nations Unies à New York, le Secrétaire général de l’ONU, António Guterres, a lancé un vibrant appel à l’adresse des dirigeants du monde, leur rappelant qu’ils avaient l’obligation « de tout faire pour mettre fin à la crise climatique ».
