Au moins 48 personnes ont été tuées en Afghanistan lors de deux attentats-suicide, l'un contre un meeting électoral du président Ashraf Ghani et l'autre à Kaboul, tous deux revendiqués par les talibans qui considèrent le scrutin présidentiel prévu le 28 septembre comme illégitime.
