En RDC, les congolais attendent beaucoup du premier gouvernement du président Félix Tshisekedi. Investi en fin de semaine par l’assemblée nationale, le gouvernement Sylvestre Ilunga a présenté un programme ambitieux. Il repose sur 15 piliers pour changer le Congo. Les habitants de Kinshasa sont cependant impatients de voir traduire en acte les promesses du gouvernement.
