Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, António Guterres, se rend jeudi et vendredi au Mozambique, un pays qui en mars, puis en avril, a été frappé par Idai, puis Kenneth, deux cyclones dévastateurs. Les travaux de reconstruction, estimés à 3,2 milliards de dollars, devraient bientôt commencer.
