Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU se rend au Mozambique ce jeudi et vendredi ; en mars et avril, le pays a été frappé par deux cyclones dévastateurs. Les efforts de reconstruction, estimés à 3,2 milliards de dollars, devraient bientôt commencer.
