Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies a condamné dimanche l'attentat perpétré samedi dans le comté kenyan de Wajir, au cours duquel au moins huit policiers ont été tués et d'autres personnes ont été blessées lorsque leur véhicule a heurté un dispositif explosif improvisé.
