Mirte Postema

Prior to joining the LGBT rights program, Mirte worked as a researcher for the Americas Division at Human Rights Watch, where she focused on Mexico and Guatemala. She has previously worked at Stanford Law School’s Human Rights Center, where she was Fellow for Criminal Justice and Prison Reform in the Americas, and at the Due Process of Law Foundation in Washington, D.C., where she led the Judicial Independence Program.
