NATO Secretary General Warns US Congress of Challenges to Alliance

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg used a speech to a joint session of the U.S. Congress Wednesday to warn of a growing threat from Russia. Stoltenberg's unusual speech marked the 70th anniversary of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. NATO has been criticized by President Trump.
