Avec plus de 3 800 civils tués en seulement un an, l'Afghanistan a battu un autre record «profondément troublant et tout à fait inacceptable», souligne un nouveau rapport publié dimanche par la Mission des Nations Unies dans le pays (MANUA) et le Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme (HCDH).
