En RDC, au moins cinq personnes ont été tuées la nuit dernière à Goma par des hommes armés, intervient quelques jours après une tuerie dans les mêmes quartiers de la ville. Des tireurs non identifiés ont abattu huit civils. Des habitants se disent exaspérés par la léthargie des autorités.
