Devant le Conseil de sécurité, le patron des Casque bleus de l’ONU a souligné jeudi que la force conjointe du G5 Sahel (Burkina Faso, Tchad, Mali, Mauritanie, et Niger), malgré d’importants progrès, n’a pas atteint sa pleine capacité opérationnelle. Il a exhorté la communauté internationale à déployer davantage d’efforts.
