Rising Tensions Between Beijing & Washington Worry SE Asian Nations

Ahead of the U.S.-ASEAN Summit in mid-November, South East Asian nations have expressed concerns about mounting tensions between Washington and Beijing. They point out to the U.S.-Sino tariff war, increasingly aggressive rhetoric from both governments, and a recent incident involving the two countries' warships.
